What it will cover
- What delivery costs, by order weight and destination postcode
- Lead times, and what happens when an item is not in stock
- Whether goods come kerbside or into the property, and to which floor
- Access questions we need answered before a heavy delivery — a door is 25 to 45 kg
- Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, which usually carry a surcharge
- What to check on arrival, and how long you have to report damage
